World Population Day & Annual Day Celebration
The world population day seminar was conducted on 11th July 2006 at MHKCDC, learning centre. The seminar started at 1030 Hrs with Mr. Ajay Malhotra (PRO, Manager), Mehar Baba Charitable Trust informing the past and the present programmes conducted and to be conducted.

The guest of honour Dr.Kuldip Singh, SMO Bassi Pathana presided the function with his valuable speech to the audience. Dr. Mahender Singla, President Blood Donors' Society, Bassi Pathana also gave a wonderful speech to eradicate the explosive population with awareness to each and every citizen. Also he insisted in regard to take an initiative step to save the girl child to fight against the present situation being carried out mainly in the rural areas i.e. until a male child is born no tubectomy nor vasectomy is carried out.

Speech to regulate the increasing population all over the globe was given by the students of learning centre namely Mrs. Gagandeep Singh stressing on to implement the slogan "Hum Do Hamara Ek" and family planning keeping in view of mainly the youngsters. Also, stressed that early marriages is the root cause of long locatation period.

At the end, the function was concluded with a vote of thanks on behalf of the trust by Mr. Ajay Malhotra (PRO, Manager) at 1145 Hrs.
